1 ounce simple syrup (combine equal parts water and sugar, boil until sugar is no longer visible. Cool. I usually do 1/4 cup of each and save the excess)

SUMMER BREEZE COCKTAIL
3-4 cucumbers peeled and chopped (about 3 cups) 1 cup mint leaves 1/2 cup cilantro 1/2 cup agave nectar 4 limes juiced Couple dashes of salt 1 cup Cenai Vodka 2 cups chilled prosecco champagne or seltzer Garnish: additional slices of lime and cucumber
Instructions
Fill your blender with all ingredients except the prosecco, champagne or seltzer and garnishes. Blend well. Remove from the blender and strain into a large jar or bowl. Toss the pulp. Chill juice until ready to serve. Just prior to serving, add slices of limes and cucumbers, ice and chilled juice to a large pitcher. Pour in champagne or seltzer water and serve in glasses that are garnished with a slice of lime and cucumber.

Skinny Mango
COCKTAIL VODKA DRINK
1 mango large, peeled with center removed 4 shots of Cenai Honey Mango Melon Vodka 1 tablespoon sugar (such as monkfruit, maple syrup or honey) 12 ounces sparkling flavored water such as orange, passionfruit, or citrus (1 can) 2 limes juiced ice fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
In a blender, add the meat of the mango, vodka, lime juice and sugar and blend until a smooth puree is formed. In 3-4 glasses add the ice and divide the mango puree among the glasses. Top each with sparkling water (there will most likely be some leftover) then stir the mixture together and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
This serves anywhere from 3-4 people and is light like a spritzer. Enjoy any leftover sparkling water on the side, or dilute the cocktail more with it. To make this without vodka, skip adding it altogether for a virgin mango cocktail over ice.
Sage Lady
COCKTAIL
1 1/2 ounces Cenai Honey Mango Vodka Water 2–3 sage leaves (fresh) 3 slices cucumber 1 ounce simple syrup 1/2 ounce Cointreau 1 dash peach bitters Garnish: sage leaf
Instructions
Gather the ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber, simple syrup, and sage. Add the mango vodka, Cointreau and bitters with ice and shake until well- chilled. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a spanked sage leaf.
